Return Policy

At Zayan Signature, all purchases are considered final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances.

Returns will only be considered if the item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered.

To raise a concern, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. The video must:

• Clearly show the sealed parcel from all sides before opening (360° view)
• Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous recording
• Contain no cuts, edits, or interruptions

If the request is approved, the product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Size or color preferences
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper care or misuse
• Accidental damage after delivery

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Once the returned item is received and verified by our team, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not applicable for normal wear and tear, improper handling, misuse, or change of mind.
• Color variations caused by screen settings or lighting conditions are not considered defects.

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process refund requests.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of preference, size concerns, or accidental orders.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Unboxing video
• Clear photographs of the product received

Approved exchange requests require the product to be returned unused and in its original packaging.
